EXHIBITOR RULES & REQUIREMENTS
- Compliance: Exhibitor agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Permits: Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining all required sales tax permits and business licenses.
- Merchandise Restrictions: Illegal items, counterfeit goods, and prohibited weapons are strictly forbidden.
- Setup & Tear Down: Exhibitor must adhere to scheduled times. Early departure not permitted without approval.
- Display Standards: Exhibits must remain within assigned boundaries and must not obstruct walkways.
- Conduct: Exhibitor agrees to conduct business professionally and respectfully.
SECURITY & LIABILITY
- Security: General event security may be provided; the Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
- Insurance: Exhibitors are encouraged to carry general liability insurance.
- Liability Waiver: Exhibitor assumes all risks and releases the Organizer, venue, and staff from liability.
CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE
Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Instructions regarding refunds or credits will be provided.
INDEMNIFICATION
Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, venue, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from Exhibitor's participation.
AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, Exhibitor confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
